Mulan is a girl, the only child of her honored family. When the Huns invade China, one man from every family is called to arms. Mulan's father, who has an old wound and cannot walk properly, decides to fight for his country and the honor of his family though it is clear that he will not survive an enemy encounter. Mulan, who just got rejected by the matchmaker because she had set her on fire, decides to prove that she is worth something and steals away to fit her father's place in the Chinese army. She prays to her family's ancestors for protection and luck before leaving as a man in her father's armor with her family's horse. The ancestors awake and decide to send Mushu, a little dishonored dragon to aid Mulan in her quest. Weeks later, Mulan and the other troopers have survived the training camp and are on the way north to stop the huns. After being spotted and pursued by the enemies, an impass situation in the mountains forces Mulan to come up with an idea. But then, her real gender will no longer be a secret. She decides to risk everything in order to save China.

Witty, funny little Disney film, regardless of the horrible song element. I'm not a fan of the Disney musical formula. I do not like the made-for-five-year-old song element found in most Disney animation, which tend to ignore the sections except in movies like "Beauty and the Beast", where such activity is not possible. Therefore, avoid the DVD movie Mulan itself, as often as possible. This film: Mulan has a lot of that element Disney musical, which for me, it lowers the value of the film. However, the animation is much better than other Disney films later, and the funds are well done, which is a pleasant surprise. Disney has taken to ignoring the details, of late, which is a big disappointment for those of us who watch these films for the animation quality. The story itself is very attractive, innovative and strong. I thoroughly enjoyed this attempt to Disney, but I am sure that, as with all Disney sequels that screw up the animation quality and value of in-depth Mulan 2. And fully aware of the comedy, the elements provided by Eddie Murphy. It was a 8.2/10 in the rates of ... Fiend:.

Now, I must admit I was not sure about this. MULAN seems to break most of my preconceived rules on Disney films. These included the fairytale element - a cross-dressing Chinese soldier does not have the same magical appeal, such as the son of Greek gods in search of his birth, etc. etc. In addition, to this point means that the realism would not be so bad attractive - Camp Disney villains are, above the upper rule thespians - Jeremy Irons in The Lion King, for example. I was concerned about the absence of the king of the melody composer Alan Menken, whose beautiful songs embody the charm of Disney. However, having said that, I thought this DivX film Mulan was wonderful. The characters are well designed and prepared by experts. No songs were enough for my liking, but that fit perfectly with the story, and the opportunity to hear the wonderful voices of Lea Salonga (Mulan songs), it's worth the price of this movie: Mulan alone. Eddie Murphy has managed to be as good if not better than Robin Williams as a comic companion. The conclusion of the Mulan Drama movie is so genuine and sincere as any adaptation of this story. The mountain scene contains some of the best I've seen the Disney animation, and the awakening of the master Jerry Goldsmith score accompanies the action beautifully. This may not be a classic in the same way that The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast, but I enjoyed it enormously. Now go see!
