Action/war drama based on the best-selling book detailing a near-disastrous mission in Somalia on October 3, 1993 where nearly 100 U.S. Army Rangers, commanded by Capt. Mike Steele, were dropped by helicopter deep into the capital city of Mogadishu to capture two top lieutenants of a Somali warlord which lead to a large and drawn-out firefight between the Rangers and hundreds of Somali gunmen which led to the destruction of two U.S. Black Hawk helicopters in Mogadishu, and the heroic efforts by various Rangers to get to them, centering on Sgt. Eversmann, commanding one Ranger unit named Chalk Four, leading Rangers to the first black hawk crash site, to Warrant Officer Durant who was only survivor of the second black hawk crash site and whom was captured, to Col. McKnight who leads a rescue convoy for the Rangers only to get lost within the hostile city, to Sgt. Sanderson desperately trying to get to the first crash site, to Staff Sgt. Yurek who leads two fellow Rangers, Nelson and Twombly to meet with up their squad, Chalk Four, at the first crash site, to many others involved who where either killed or survived.

While it may not have the conflict with BHD is pure realism and some people complain it is more honest and untainted harm America than almost any other DVD movie Black Hawk Down I've seen. The horror of war and the stupidity of the U.S. government (especially in not allowing heavier weapons) is displayed instead of hidden behind honestly propaganda and "hero" crap. Hats off Ridley Scott. Thanks for showing this to the world.

The most realistic Black Hawk Down History film of the war can never really feel the fight against firearm. This DVD film Black Hawk Down shows people what soldiers go through the blood makes the DivX film Black Hawk Down really realistic. The best part of this Black Hawk Down History is that kind of put you in the shoes of the soldiers and their feelings and emotions of other major issues in this Black Hawk Down film is how the soldiers communicated with each other can really imagine American working class men like talking with others. the fight scenes in the Black Hawk Down History film are excellent, the action in this DivX film Black Hawk Down combined with realism and speech makes it the best war Black Hawk Down History ever and one of the greatest films ever

Beyond what everyone else has said, this Black Hawk Down movie seemed totally confused. Not bad unclear, but the chaos confusing. For most of the film, the characters dress like running back and forth a lot, it is difficult to tell apart. They have the same haircut and uniform and the same voice when they're screaming. I could not tell one from another. Even the buildings look alike. The chaos led to all kinds of DivX film Black Hawk Down are impressionistic - absorbing and pieces of it. Hollywood movies are often not the case. If you have a talent for remembering names, you can enjoy the Black Hawk Down History differently than I enjoyed it.
