| As I really do not know anything about the events described in this film, I can not say whether it is realistic or part of what happened. As "just a movie, I felt very good. The documentary-style shooting that works most of the time (the steady fade ins / outs, but really bothered me), and the Bloody Sunday Drama builds tension and keeps you watching. He also is good. Nesbitt skillfully manages to change moods, depending on who is talking, all with remarkable ease. Furthermore, the prestigious actor representing the commander (or whatever you call it) from the British paras. There seems to be acting at all, it's like you're watching a documentary truth when it is on the screen. Towards the end, the Bloody Sunday Drama film tends to spend a bit of realism, since it seems to side with the protesters a bit too much, while showing off all Spanish soldiers as cold-blooded murderers. In general, however, a very watchable film. [8 / 10] |
| Great movie, no doubt. I like this camera in hand and fast switching scenes material also very pleased with me. It was just freaking riveting and well done. I was lucky that my TV is stuck on the screen for subtitles that allowed me to read what they said rates Gaelic. Otherwise I would not have understood a word. Anyway, I did not know much about the incident before and while some comments from people who think the DVD movie Bloody Sunday is basically lie, I feel a deep sympathy for those whose young died. I do not think that even the issues that first shot - it is stated that members of the IRA started the fire. It is all because the British soldiers fired into the crowd and followed them fleeing for their lives - shame on you. |
