To avoid spoiling the movie this plot summary is very brief. It starts when three people living together in a four bedroom flat are looking for a house mate. The interviews they conduct are very unorthodox and very funny. Eventually the three agree on one prospective tenant. He moves in, locks his door, and is not seen again. After a couple of days the three become curious and break in to his room. What follows is an amazing piece of cinema and to say more would ruin it.

Danny Boyle. Trainspotting first thought. I prefer this movie: Shallow Grave seems to defy earlier Roger Ebert is convinced that the characters should be warm and cuddly and has no meaning in the wake of characters who are completely unlikable. The best part of this Shallow Grave film is that the characters are unlikable and this makes their motives or actions more plausible (and cooling). Could be the neighbors next door. Boyle nails the tone from the start and you're really feeling as if you were there in that house (as the fifth .. er, the fourth room). Performances are first rate. Thank God this was not done in the U.S., with Jennifer Love Hewitt, Steve Zahn and Sisqo. You really sense that it is a voyeur, the characters in these private moments. A triumph.

I've seen this film: Shallow Grave because it was made by the same director who made Trainspotting (even some of the actors were the same). And I realized that this DivX Movie Shallow Grave is very similar to Trainspotting, but not so good. She felt that something was missing in a DivX Movie Shallow Grave (perhaps due to a low budget) and some options of the characters do not make enough sense. Only end I realized how smart this Shallow Grave Drama film was made. There were few unexpected turns and some intense moments. The soundtrack is not as rich as in Trainspotting, but still OK. What I like about Danny Boyle's films is that they often use electronic music - that really makes your DivX Movie Shallow Grave different from others. This Shallow Grave Drama movie also has black humor and interesting characters.

"Shallow Grave" is a modern and witty thriller. This film: Shallow Grave is often fun, suspense and even fear at times. This movie: Shallow Grave is based on that little bit of the suspense and violence. There is one scene in particular that is difficult to see - which make it difficult to hear, is one of the most repugnant in the movies not yet shown absolutely no blood when they have to break a 3 corpse. Kerry Fox, Ewan MacGregor, Christopher Eccleston and 3 give excellent performances as something unpleasant, but fun room. They are very much alive and strong in their roles. The direction and photography are powerful and stylish. It is true that there is a real vision for this film. Many of the scenes and sequences come together so well, it's impossible to think that they were not planned as such. Where so many films seem unsure of their direction, this is a stedfast and clear.
