Rita crashes into Dr. Frank Bryant's life wanting an education, although she has no idea what it is that she's asking. I was introduced to this DVD movie Educating Rita when I was 5, and although I had no idea about the issues I was fascinated. As an American child who was fascinated by the "ultra-strange" culture and cars and streets and language and I loved every second of it. I think I have tried all the movies from that which would explain why I never liked the "Hollywood happy ending." I think my favorite is when Rita said, "It's fun, tragedy, huh?". AMEN. I rediscovered the understanding that the university and Rita on its journey for education was the circle, without appropriate resolution, and I can totally relate. Great acting, great direction, a real human drama ... I long for a sequel to the sequel, if it were not so terrible curse. Julie Brava!

Michael Caine and Julie Walters favorite TV shine beautifully in this film: Educating Rita that tells the story of 26 years old, Rita (Walters) who want to discover for herself attending the Open University, where alcohol by Dr. Frank Bryant (Caine) is a teacher. Caine and Walters' chemistry is simply divine, and Maureen Lipman as an aspect of the upper eccentric Trish abroad, is confident, bubbly woman, but the interior is seriously affected because of their fear of being alone. Both Caine and Walters won Best Actor and Best Actress awards for their performances, and the Educating Rita movie won best Educating Rita movie in 1984, and a look at Educating Rita tells why.
