| After watching the trailer, I thought it would be a fun movie, a bit stupid, but funny (Costner and Russell as Elvis impersonators are hilarious). What a surprise! Which ultimately was one of the best action movies I've seen in a long time. It even has a plot you can follow, you do not need blood guts and severed body parts that are shown in the foreground. It is "just" a movie: 3000 Miles to Graceland about bank robbers, who decided to rob a casino, "because everybody robs banks." There is a huge shootout and security guards and innocent bystanders killed by the fall of the dozen. The rivalry between the thieves and, finally, changing leads (through some twists) to the confrontation between Costner / Russell / dozens of law enforcement. The way in portraits Costner lunatic (indeed, believing himself as one of Elvis' illegitimate children) is fantastic and worth seeing the film. Russell is also wonderful to see, as ex-con who just wants to get enough money to settle in his boat (nice touch there) and who does not share the enthusiasm of others to kill. Cox even as the "woman in the middle" which shows a surprisingly good performance. It is true that you do not have to change your brain to understand it, but it's great to see, fun and entertaining. If you do not want to spend money on a DVD film 3000 Miles to Graceland ticket, get on DVD - it's worth it. |
| I saw the trailers, it looked like a very good kind of killing in Vegas with a good cast. However, this train wreck of a 3000 Miles to Graceland Comedy film is loaded with wooden dialogue, a lame-brain history and Courtney Cox and still two hours' duration. There was a good idea, the theft of a bank, which is very good. After introducing a sense, the team starts to Las Vegas for a casino heist. Theres no planning, no preparation, more time devoted to the relationship with Kurt Russell Courtney Cox trailer trash with a woman for a child klepto. The theft is 10 minutes of amazing photos and clippings that really gets the blood pumping, but the movie: 3000 Miles to Graceland becomes a bad DivX Movie 3000 Miles to Graceland Stalker since then. It could have been decent if the theft was the climax, but thieves die off, theres a bad romantic story in just a push, Kevin Costner becomes a stalker and the story comes apart at the seams. A typical store messy confrontation ends this caper DivX Movie 3000 Miles to Graceland with Kevin Costner get as close to Al Pacino as he can get a death scene stolen directly from Scarface. If you rent this, see the robbery, see John Lovitz, and watch the final, but do not waste your time trying to understand history, it is not necessary. |
| Costner worst of the feature from Eastwood "A Perfect World." He is an Elvis-loving criminal who robs a casino with friends and proceeds with plans to annihilate all before they can collect their share of the spoils. Simple start-up, tough enforcement. The thing is, however, works as mindless, forgettable junk. Director Demian Lichtenstein is clearly beating his own gun guys in motion and does so with unapologetic enthusiasm and not a single concession to political correctness. That is refreshing. As usual, Kurt Russell is the kind of fine Costner is underestimated and a world of problems. The climax is predictable, unfortunately, and does not leave us with much to chew, but the styles are overwrought thing. The shooting outs are large and brass, and there is plenty of collateral damage that was. The Elvis angle is misleading because it suggests a lighter in the 3000 Miles to Graceland Comedy "Honeymoon in Vegas" mold, but there is no clarity here, nihilism and the fetishism of firearms. |
| Well, I do not know where to start trashing this movie. Well, first, in everything written here applies to Courteney Cox and her character. The main actors are pathetic, with the exception of Cox, which shows that has great skill. The other characters are pretty useless, unless some good scenes with several actors. The action in this 3000 Miles to Graceland Comedy movie is old and not renewing anything, like Matrix '(1999) in bullet time, or Charlie's Angels "(2000) fast-paced action. In this case, do not expect anything like that, not even close. Do not waste your time on this, unless you are a fan of Courteney Cox, as this is a great performance of this wonderful actress, lost in a movie: 3000 Miles to Graceland class. |
