Blue-tinted, eye-ball-popping, maggot-infested beauty Emily (Bonham Carter) has become known as the Corpse Bride after waiting for her fiance where the couple planned to rendezvous before getting hitched. When her groom arrives, he kills her, and she rests in the ground to wait for her soul mate, whether he knows he is the Corpse Bride's groom or not. It's a cold dark night, the moon is full, the stars are bright and the forest is a little bit creepy. Wandering through the black mangled trees, Victor (Depp) just can't memorize his wedding vows. Victor's hesitance towards marriage causes him to jumble the words. Two prominent families have arranged their children to be married in order to overcome financial difficulties. As the objects of betrothal, Victor and Victoria (Watson) met for the first time the night before their wedding. It only makes sense that Victor, a groom with cold feet, would have trouble remembering tedious wedding vows. Thus Victor ends up in the dark forest ringing his hands and muttering his vows, the vows that the Corpse Bride hears, bringing her out of the grave. Victor suddenly finds himself married to another woman, a voluptuous bombshell bride who also happens to be dead. Whisked away to the Land of the Dead, Victor finds out that living amongst corpses is not as easy as it seems. Heads easily loose their owners and eyes never seem to stay in their sockets, an adjustment that Victor seems reluctant to accept. Once taken into the Land of the Dead, it is nearly impossible to return, causing Victor to choose between risking Victoria's life or giving up his own.

First I must say I do not like this Corpse Bride movie just left me with a strange feeling of not knowing what he had seen and that does not seem funny in any way. Not a Corpse Bride Family movie for children in all, some parts are quite scared and most is pretty sad. However, it is not a Corpse Bride Family for adults either, the "humor" is too naive and simplistic and the plot seems like a Corpse Bride film for children. I think most people who enjoy this Corpse Bride Family are the adults who "prepared" themselves, putting in a good mood to see this, as they wish. Although the aesthetics are very impressive and the songs are great I do not think this DivX Movie Corpse Bride is as good as said.

I thought this movie: Corpse Bride is definitely one of the worst of all Burton. Not sure why, but it lacked something that captivates usually watcher.Compared to Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands and Sleepy Hollow your very unadventurous. It seemed a little dull and lifeless (no pun intended). And in reality there is not much suspense, kind of monotonous. Although a more positive note, some of the characters were very interesting and fun and there were some funny moments. Dancing and singing made it a little more lively and some of the fun and well portrayed. The fact that the world is alive and boring death the living world, a fact quite rare and gave him a good hand in the establishment, as well as inconsistent with modern ideas about death.

This stick-figure animation DivX Movie Corpse Bride has good visuals, inventive characters like (which is perhaps the most fun of the film) and a story that ended with a nice final. There are songs here, but just what it is, and certainly not the attraction of the film. The story begins slowly, but once the characters are reduced under the land of the dead, not only to begin to see some colors other than blue, but the whole Corpse Bride film was very much alive and that continued until the end. As with the best animated films, there's so much that you can see that you can not get everything in. It is a feast for the eyes with all the characters look nice and wild patterns. Getting good pictures of director Tim Burton is no surprise, but always comes through that department. Unfortunately, they usually offer an anti-religious cheap shot or two .. In this regard, the minister is portrayed as an old sour. Burton also images of clerics in a negative way, and the occult in a positive way. However, it certainly makes interesting movies, no matter what the subject, and it is usually not a lot of profanity in his films. No one here. In general, an inventive and fun Corpse Bride Family film to see once you pass the first time.

I just saw this Corpse Bride Family at the Toronto DivX Movie Corpse Bride festival. Tim Burton, as in most of his movies, makes the setting of images and the most important part. And what a beautiful Corpse Bride Family movie that was, the animation was incredible. You could say that each frame is worked tirelessly to ensure that every little piece has its own distinct look. The plot is not important, and cliché, but it does not matter. This film: Corpse Bride should not be seen in history. The voice acting was very convincing, especially the head, Johnny Depp, who does a great job as the shy, clumsy Victor. The only character who really does not believe is required is the worm, which are only just for some comic relief for children, which took off the dark mood of the image. Though not as enjoyable as "The Nightmare Before Christmas" was still a very good animated film. 8.5/10
